In the 21st century and beyond human beings deserve to have a home that they can be proud of not just a house to live in. By working together, we can gain economies of scale comparable to the top two national builders combined. That buying power can and will deliver substantial savings and thus an ability to build at a price comparable to them while delivering a higher quality product. It is our mission to make the same level of systems and operational performance available to you the local and regional custom home builder so that we can transform from a cottage industry to a market force to be reckoned with. Lastly it is time to stop terraforming every inch of land to build new housing developments. Not every lot needs to be a walk out. Not every tree needs to be cleared.
